Jr Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Welding

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Jr Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Welding to join their team. As a Jr Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Welding, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Jr Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Welding

Location:Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $30-$35/hr DOE plus benefits

What's the Job?

Coordinate multi-site, cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations. Review and manage tooling between sites to ensure consistency and quality. Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies. Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and industry standards. Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions for manufacturing teams.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics. 1-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields. Experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering preferred. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation, with experience in aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace.
