Jr Accountant
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who’s eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations.
You’ll support senior accountants with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while helping ensure accuracy and compliance across our financial records.

Temp-to-Hire position$33.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Assist with daily accounting tasks, including journal entries and data entryPrepare and maintain general ledger accountsReconcile bank statements and other financial accountsSupport month-end and year-end closing processesAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivableHelp prepare financial reports and schedulesMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSupport audits and respond to internal finance requestsJr Accountant Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2 + years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships welcome)Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a team environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsNice to Have Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
