As a Program Manager in Wealth Management Supervision, you will be a key driver of our team’s reporting and analytics initiatives. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial services, controls, risk management, or data analyticsDemonstrated success guiding or mentoring teams in collaborative project deliveryProven ability to lead a team to achieve business objectives and key resultsProficiency in managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing stakeholder needsStrong analytical and investigative problem-solving skillsEffective consulting and communication with management, business, and data ownersAbility to respond quickly to urgent issues and changing prioritiesHands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and visualizationAlteryx Designer Core certification or willingness to obtain after employmentExperience with large relational databases such as Impala and SnowflakeProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and ExcelPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
