As a Program Manager in Wealth Management Supervision, you will be a key driver of our team’s reporting and analytics initiatives. You will lead us in delivering business analysis and reporting solutions that support both daily operations and long-term strategy. You’ll guide a team of analysts, foster collaboration, and ensure our data products empower business leaders to make informed decisions. Job Responsibilities

Deliver robust analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision makingDevelop innovative solutions for data architecture and automationLead Design Thinking sessions to assess stakeholder requirements and create scalable solutionsDrive technical integration with upstream teams for comprehensive reportingEnsure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and controlEstablish and implement best practices, standards, and proceduresIdentify and automate inefficient manual processesRegister automation solutions within governance frameworksCommunicate strategy and measure progress toward team goalsMitigate key person risk through cross-training and succession planningLearn and share new tools and techniques with the team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial services, controls, risk management, or data analyticsDemonstrated success guiding or mentoring teams in collaborative project deliveryProven ability to lead a team to achieve business objectives and key resultsProficiency in managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing stakeholder needsStrong analytical and investigative problem-solving skillsEffective consulting and communication with management, business, and data ownersAbility to respond quickly to urgent issues and changing prioritiesHands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and visualizationAlteryx Designer Core certification or willingness to obtain after employmentExperience with large relational databases such as Impala and SnowflakeProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in process improvement and automation within a financial services environmentFamiliarity with Tableau and other business intelligence toolsExperience leading Design Thinking or similar collaborative solutioning sessionsKnowledge of model governance and user tool frameworksStrong organizational and documentation skillsExperience supporting professional development and knowledge sharing within teamsBachelor’s degree
