JP Morgan Wealth Management – Client Onboarding Product & Experience – Vice President

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Client Onboarding & Account Opening team designs seamless digital and human-assisted experiences that make it easy to open new investment accounts and deepen client relationships. We deliver impactful, compliant solutions across web, mobile, and internal platforms—supporting both self-directed and advisor-led channels.

As a Client Onboarding Product Manager within the JPM Wealth Management Product & Experience organization, you’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions that improve the client and advisor experience. You’ll own critical product processes, use data to inform decisions, and partner across business, technology, and control teams to bring ideas to life.

A successful candidate craves the opportunity to build out new products while also reinvigorating and re-examining established products. You see the big picture and what needs to be done, but more importantly why it is important and how it all fits together. You are a strategic thinker, skilled collaborator, and strong communicator—comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about client experience, operational excellence, and change management. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of onboarding in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
