Most positions are first shift with an average pay scale **up to $65/hour** based on experience & skill level. If you are a **Journeyman Plumber** and want to work alongside other proven Craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior workmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance based on the vertical you are placed in (residential, commercial, or service) + Troubleshoot plumbing systems and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations + Provide excellent customer service when handling service calls and residential plumbing needs + Maintain all plumbing tools and equipment and ensure safe usage at all times + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete plumbing tasks accurately + Ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, and quality in every job + Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and customer satisfaction **Requirements** + Journeyman Plumbing License in Washington or Oregon (or the ability to obtain one if relocating) + 4+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing, with the majority spent in commercial, residential, or service plumbing work, depending on your area of expertise + Ability to read blueprints and schematics, and troubleshoot complex plumbing systems + Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities, especially for service calls + Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + A strong focus on safety and quality control in all aspects of work **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
