Job Description
We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber who is ready to step into a foreman-level role. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 2-3 apprentice or journeyman plumbers, directing their workflow, ordering materials, and coordinating with sub-trades and general contractors. This is a working foreman position, so candidates will also be involved in above slab installations, cast iron work, copper water lines, installation of hydronic heating and cooling systems, building mechanical rooms, and installing equipment for both plumbing and hydronics systems.

Work Environment
Foremen start their day at 6:45 am, filling out morning paperwork and preparing the team for work at 7 am. The workday concludes at 3:30 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break, 30 minutes of which are unpaid. The sites are located throughout Calgary, with a one-month training period under a current foreman before taking charge of a site independently. The tool list includes personal tools such as a Cordless Sawzall, with additional PPE provided as needed, including 6-inch steel toe boots, hard hat, glasses, and vest.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
