Job Description
Join our team to perform a variety of maintenance duties with a primary focus on electrical troubleshooting and repair. You will be responsible for troubleshooting all mechanical and electrical systems throughout the plant. Your primary duties will include wiring and installing equipment, troubleshooting PLCs, machine repair, and motors, as well as engaging in project work. Comfort with working with 480v and interpreting blueprints and schematics is essential. Industrial controls experience is considered a plus.
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical troubleshooting and repair throughout the plant.Conduct wiring and installation of equipment.Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, and machinery.Interpret and work with blueprints and schematics.Engage in project work related to electrical systems.Essential SkillsMaster Electrician or Journeyman Electrician (Michigan Certified).Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.Exposure to PLCs, particularly in troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman Electrician's card.PLC programming experience.Multi-craft maintenance experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $89440.00/yr.

All eligible employees receive an additional Retirement Savings Contribution, currently 3% of eligible pay, in first quarter of the following calendar year, if employed on 12/31.
