Essel is seeking dedicated and experienced Journeyman HVAC Installers to join our skilled team. In this position, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, exceptional technical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: + Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to blueprint designs and manufacturer specifications. + Duct and sheet metal installation; refrigeration, copper, pipefitting, brazing. + Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. + Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete installations within agreed timelines. + Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and issues. + Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes while on the job. + Communicate effectively with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored recommendations. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Valid HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent experience. + 10-20 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and service work. + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation components. + Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose HVAC problems accurately. + Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. + Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
