Essel is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who is skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly to provide optimal comfort for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork and refrigeration systems based on specifications. Provide thorough maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately. Collaborate with project managers and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects. Stay current with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines. Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations.
