Electricians – Data Center Construction
Aerotek is hiring multiple Traveling Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a large‑scale, new construction Data Center project in Ellendale, North Dakota. This is a travel assignment with consistent overtime, strong weekly take‑home pay, and per diem.
To be considered, candidates MUST hold an active Journeyman Electrician license from a reciprocal state.
Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $56.65 per hour
Per Diem: $115 per day
Schedule:
6 days per week
12‑hour shifts
60+ hours weekly (overtime is built in and ongoing)
Estimated Weekly Take‑Home Pay: Approximately $5,000+ per week, depending on total hours workedThis project offers heavy, consistent overtime, making it an excellent opportunity for electricians seeking strong earnings on a travel job.Job Responsibilities
Electricians will perform commercial and industrial electrical work, including:Running and bending conduit (EMT and rigid)Pulling and terminating wireInstalling lighting, switches, panels, and devicesReading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematicsInstalling low‑ and medium‑voltage systemsPerforming terminations and basic troubleshootingSupporting data center electrical infrastructure installationsRequired Experience
Qualified candidates should have experience with:Commercial or industrial electrical constructionConduit bending and installationWire pulling and terminationsPanel and switchgear installationElectrical schematics and blueprint readingLighting systems, EMT, and cable installationElectrical troubleshooting and repairsLicensing Requirements (MANDATORY)
Active Journeyman Electrician license is requiredLicense must be current and in good standingLicense must be from a state with reciprocity for North Dakota, including: MN, SD, IA, AK, CO, ID, ME, MT, NE, NH, UT, WYCandidates without an active, reciprocal Journeyman license will not be eligible.
