Job SummaryThe Electrical Journeyman role will be field based making sure that NES is building a high quality, customer friendly, top of the line package. This role will be in direct communication with Superintendent, both internally and externally. However, the Electrical Journeyman will maintain constant communication with their immediate employees to guarantee project needs are met. As a member of the NES Team, the Electrical Journeyman will serve as an accountable party in ensuring projects are completed properly and in a timely manner along with meeting local and national electrical codes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Conforms to company and customer safety procedures
• Participate in project safety meetings
• Complete projects on time
• Work with customer project lead as necessary
• Daily Jobsite attendance
• Maintain required crew productivity levels
• Coordinate project requirements as needed
• Call-out support if required
• Misc. project specific requests.
• POSSESS JOURNEYMAN LICENSE ACCORDING TO STATE REQUIREMENTS
• HAVE 4 YEARS OR MORE ELECTRICAL SERVICE WORK EXPERIENCE
• DEMONSTRATE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRICAL CODES
• POSSESS THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND EXPLAIN SCHEMATICS AND TECHNICAL MANUALS
• ABILITY TO TRAVEL
• ABILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS INCLUDING NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
• TWO-YEAR OR TRADE DEGREE IN RELATED FIELD PREFERRED
• STRONG TROUBLESHOOTING ABILITIES
