Journeyman Electrician

Location: Northwest Iowa  (small lump sum relocation available)

Full time, direct hire

 

Journeyman license/certification IS PREFERRED but not required

Must have the knowledge to troubleshoot and program PLC, VFD's

Must have experience in a manufacturing/ industrial setting. Food manufacturing a plus.

Electrical Wiring: Installing and maintaining wiring systems using tools like wire strippers, pliers, and multimeters. Reading Blueprints: Interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics to plan and execute wiring layouts accurately. Conduit Installation: Installing electrical conduits using benders and cutters to protect and route electrical wiring. Panel Upgrades: Upgrading electrical panels to meet current codes and increase capacity using circuit breakers and load centers. Testing and Troubleshooting: Using tools like multimeters  fix electrical issues efficiently. Safety Protocols: Adhering to OSHA standards and using personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. Basic Circuit Design
