**Job Title: Journeyman Electrician** Responsibilities + Maintain and repair existing electrical equipment, including systems operating at 120V, 480V, and 3 Phase. + Install power supply wiring and conduit for both new and existing equipment. + Respond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues. + Complete tasks and preventive maintenance as assigned, utilizing blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings. + Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and pneumatic controls. + Calibrate and adjust electrical/electronic equipment to meet manufacturer specifications. Essential Skills + Must have an active State of Michigan Journeyman Electrician license + Ability to work in a foundry setting and handle high temperatures while wearing heat-protectant PPE. Work Environment The role operates on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, with one mandatory Saturday a month. Expect to work 40-50 hours per week. The environment is a foundry setting, which can be hot and loud, requiring appropriate safety gear.
