Bowhead seeks individuals to support a potential Joint Staff customer’s effort to manage Joint Training and Joint Lessons Learned programs. Bowhead will need experts to assist the Joint Staff in developing and delivering collective joint training and exercises for the joint force through a concept-driven, threat informed capabilities development approach. The primary place of performance is at military facilities in Suffolk, Virginia.

• Required education, years of experience, and certifications will vary based on position requirements.
• Some positions require senior level military service, military professional education such as the Joint War College, and experience working with General Officers, Flag Officers, or Senior Executive Service officials.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
