What is the Opportunity?
The Wealth Management Transformation Management Office (TMO) oversees and guides the Wealth Management segment through transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with LoB and segment strategic goals. The TMO will manage the transformation process with a focus on transparency, agile ways of working and in-year value creation within multi-year programs, in partnership with the WM lines of businesses.
This role will enable the TMO to define how value is created by newly stood-up programs to expedite funding & execution, enable agility and adaptability, identify new ways of working to continually improve productivity, align to global best practices, while ensuring solutions are tailored to LoB needs and create transparent views of LOB priorities, key initiatives, spend and expected benefits
What will you do?
Funding and Prioritization
Support and enable LOBs through a global planning and funding process (including the annual planning process, in year forecasting and the Investment Review Board (IRB)Recommend prioritization, funding allocation and resources to Wealth’s most critical and strategically aligned programs by taking holistic initiative business case metrics into accountPerformance Management
Accountability for all segment level portfolio reporting providing centralized insights to key stakeholders on OKRs, portfolio health, spend and key risksProvide advice and guidance to LofBs for portfolio and program reporting and monitoring Assess and communicate program’s health, risks, and performance against OKRs and financial targetsCommunicate value realization to senior stakeholdersMaintain a single source of truth for all WM initiatives and drive data completeness, integrity, timeliness and accuracy across all LofBsProgram / Project Guidelines & Standards
Establish and maintain guidelines, tools, and templates on mandatory processes (e.g., intake, prioritization, funding)Provide oversight to ensure adoption of tools and templates, and adherence to standardsContinuous improvement through upskilling and development (e.g., communities of practice for PMs, Change Managers)Job Skills
Proven success in project, program, and/or portfolio management in a large financial institutions or corporation including financial planningExpert knowledge with productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, Data visualization) and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, programs and portfoliosExperience with business case, investment / benefit /OKR tracking, and the ability to translate data into insightsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate a wide variety of complex information in both oral and written formatDemonstrated collaboration skills with a proven track record of obtaining results through partnerships, impact and influence.Credibility and presence to be a trusted advisor with business leadersExcellent prioritization and co-ordination skills, combined with the ability to work to multiple deadlines under pressureProven success in the management of stakeholders at all levels of an organizationWhat’s in it for you?
