Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Trust Associate II to join their team. As a Trust Associate II, you will be part of the Trust Administration department supporting the Trust Officer(s). The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent problem-solving capabilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Trust Associate II
**Location:** Onsite: 4910 Tiedeman Rd Brooklyn, OH
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide day-to-day support to assigned Trust Officer(s) by managing fiduciary accounts accurately and timely.
+ Monitor accounts for overdrafts and un-invested cash, keeping the Trust Officer informed.
+ Deliver front-line service to clients through inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
+ Maintain organized record-keeping systems while ensuring confidentiality of account files.
+ Assist in preparing client presentations and reports as needed, contributing to high-quality client service.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ A minimum of one to three years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of work and educational background.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications; prior experience in a Trust department is a plus.
