Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Lock Box Payment Processing Specialist to join their team. As a Lock Box Payment Processing Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Payment Processing Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong analytical abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Lock Box Payment Processing Specialist **Location:** Onsite Position, 1109 Pacific Avenue Tacoma WA 98402 **Pay Range:** $15 - $19 per hour (Only W2) **What's the Job?** + Administer moderate procedures, analysis, tasks, and reporting while following established guidelines. + Proficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy. + Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications + Intermediate understanding of accounting principles + Intermediate understanding of banking policies, procedures, government regulations + Intermediate understanding of loan documentation + Proven ability to handle all monetary/ processing functions independently + Moderate knowledge/experience in multiple payment delivery channels; OLDS, Lockbox, ACH, wires + Moderate knowledge of banking policies, procedures and governmental regulations + Review and ensure proper documentation or procedures are used for moderate activities. + Identify and resolve moderate issues by following established guidelines and referring complex problems to supervisors. + Provide service related to moderate complex billing inquiries, service requests, and customer complaints. + Accountable for regular reporting and analysis requests while contributing to workflow or process changes. **What's Needed?** + Typically 1-3 years of experience in an operations role. + High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems. + Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. + Work with a diverse team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. + Engage in a role that offers opportunities for growth and advancement. + Be part of a company that values innovation and adaptability. **Upon completion of waiting period consultants are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Vision Plan + 401(k), Plus Match + Weekly Pay If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
