Job Information Incentive Operations Analyst
Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking an Incentive Operations Analyst to join their team. As an Incentive Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Incentive Compensation team supporting various business lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Incentive Operations Analyst **Location:** 4910 Tiedman Rd, Brooklyn, OH 44144 **Pay Range:** $19 - $24 per hour (Only W2) **What's the Job?** + Work closely with senior analysts to ensure the accurate processing of Incentive Compensation pay disbursements. + Own a small, less complex line of business plan to ensure accurate processing of pay disbursements. + Adhere to Incentive Plan and Guidelines while processing pay and resolving payee inquiries. + Assist with researching and resolving incentive compensation payee inquiries. + Participate in the establishment and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify process improvements. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent experience (preferred). + 1-3 years of experience in banking and/or financial services (preferred). + 1-3 years of experience in incentive compensation administration systems (preferred). + Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in incentive compensation administration. + Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements. + Engage in compliance tasks and risk management activities. + Develop your professional skills in a reputable financial services organization.
