What You’ll Do As a Job Coach, you’ll support individuals as they prepare for and succeed in the workplace. Your role will include: + Assessing strengths, barriers, and support needs on the job + Teaching and coaching job tasks through individualized task breakdowns + Supporting life and workplace skills that promote independence + Mentoring and encouraging clients as they learn and grow + Transporting clients within the community as needed Job Coaches must be able to transport clients and maintain state-mandated minimum auto liability insurance.
