Job Title: Job Captain
We are seeking a skilled Job Captain to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility is architectural drafting using AutoCAD and Revit to create layouts primarily for retail spaces. The role offers the opportunity for career growth, with the potential to manage projects for clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to take measurements of existing buildings and convert them into CAD.Prepare construction documentation for builders and contractors.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD proficiently for drafting and architectural design tasks.Engage in project management and construction administration activities.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCADBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureMinimum of 3 years of experience in architectureExperience in drafting, architectural design, and construction documentationAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in retail architectureFamiliarity with project management and construction administrationAXP assistance for licensure is providedWork Environment
The position is based in an office environment with a laid-back culture. Employees enjoy a casual to business casual dress code. Benefits include a 401k plan with company match after 6 months, 10 holidays off a year, and the opportunity to accrue up to 240 hours of PTO annually. Additionally, there are two annual bonuses based on company profits.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
