We are looking for a Job Architecture Lead who is curious, collaborative, and forward‑thinking to join us in our Talent team, based in our UCB office in Brussels, Belgium.

The Job Architecture Program Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping that future—designing and implementing the frameworks that enable our people and our business to thrive.
This role will contribute to strengthening career pathways, reward structures, and skills development across the organization. You will build and maintain a consistent, transparent, and scalable approach to job design that supports current and future workforce needs and enables fair and competitive reward decisions. This role combines strategic design, stakeholder collaboration, and hands‑on project delivery; working cross-functionally with other transformational initiatives, enabling company strategy and future ways of working.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with colleagues across Reward, Learning, and Talent Management. You will collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, technology teams, external vendors and specialists to embed a new job architecture framework across the organization. Together you will ensure alignment with strategic workforce needs and support a smooth rollout and adoption.
What you’ll do
Develop, implement and maintain a global job architecture framework, including job families, levels, skills, and career paths.Align job architecture with reward structures, market benchmarking, and pay transparency requirements.Define key skills for roles and integrate them into job profiles and development pathways.Engage leaders and partners to gather insights, validate proposals, and secure adoption.Lead project delivery, communication, and change management activities to support organization‑wide rollout.Work with technology teams to enable job architecture in digital platforms and ensure strong data quality.Develop a long-term sustainable approach that leverages AI in the maintenance and monitoring of the job architecture
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.Strong experience designing job frameworks, career structures, or similar workforce‑related solutions.Knowledge of reward principles, market benchmarking, internal equity, and pay transparency.Ability to analyze complex information and translate insights into clear, practical solutions.Experience or interest in automating processes and solutions through AI or digital initiativesExperience leading transformational projects, engaging stakeholders, and driving organizational change.Strong communication & influencing skills and confidence collaborating across functions and seniority levels.Prior knowledge in the pharmaceutical environment or related is preferred
