KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive Process Excellence & Automation
* Partner with JML GPO to deliver JML Transformation & BAU Agenda
* Collaborate with transformation journey leads to identify and implement process improvements across H2R and JML workflows.
* Support the evaluation and deployment of automation solutions to enhance HR service delivery efficiency across 29 markets
* Act as backup for JML GPO
2. Project & Change Management Support
• Provide 100% project coordination support: schedule meetings, track action items, and maintain documentation.
• Effective and regular communication on drops as well as changes if any in the process maps
3. Capability Building & Knowledge Management
• Coordinate and deliver capability-building sessions for in-market and hub teams.
• Update and maintain accurate and correct training materials to reflect process changes.
• Update complete onboarding journey on workday, checklists, etc
