Oversee daily back‑of‑house operations—managing food quality, kitchen cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.Drive profitability by managing labor and food costs while ensuring operational excellence.Lead, coach, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a high‑performance, guest‑centric team.Ensure compliance with health standards, opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management QualificationsMust-have:
1–3 years of restaurant or foodservice management experience—especially in full‑service or high‑volume kitchens.Strong leadership, organizational, and guest‑service skills.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Commitment to upholding brand standards, quality, and team culture.Able to train in New Jersey, will provide lodging and commuting expenses.#ZR
