We are currently seeking a Jewelry Concierge to join the fastest growing jewelrycompany in the country. 

This job will be located in New York City and the position will be based in a fast-paced environment with multiple requests coming in on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for accurately submitting/verifying custom orders with vendors within a specified time-frameOversee the Special/Custom Order Process start to finishCalculate and quote pricesInteract with both the vendors and the customers on a regular basisCustom Order Specialist checks the status of orders, maintains quoted time frames, and handles any potential issues

Requirements:

Must have 1+ yrs jewelry industry experienceMust have 1+ yrs of experience with custom jobsMust have basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers, vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for piecesMust be able to pass knowledge assessment during interview processExcellent communication skillsKnowledgeable in ExcelKnowledgeable in PhotoshopAbility to work well with a team of diverse personalitiesKnowledge of jewelry manufacturing a plusMust be able to travel to shows a minimum of three times per yearMust Live in New York Tri-State area

Base pay $25-$30/hr **Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
