This role will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth integration of JD Edwards (Oracle product) with other systems as the company transitions from a traditional ERP to a best-of-breed approach. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in JD Edwards and proven experience integrating it with external systems. Skills and Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the lead Business Systems Analyst for JD Edwards projects. • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and validate solutions with business stakeholders. • Support integration efforts between JD Edwards and other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, billing engines like BillFlex). • Document processes and create functional specifications. • Collaborate with internal JD Edwards developers and other BSA team members. • Ensure successful implementation of JD Edwards 9.2.8 and related systems. Must Haves: • JD Edwards Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards (Oracle), specifically version 9.2.8. • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating JD Edwards with other systems (billing engines, CRM platforms, etc.). • Financial Processes: Fluent in Accounts Receivable, Customer Master, and Customer Invoice processes. • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and validate solutions with business teams. • Leadership: Ability to act as the prime BSA on projects and coordinate with intermediate BSAs. • Current Knowledge: Up-to-date with JD Edwards functionality and best practices (not focused on legacy tools).
