**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled **Java/Integration Specialist** with strong full-stack engineering experience to design, build, and support **integrations and adapters between OSS platforms and network elements** . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **Java development** , solid understanding of integration frameworks, and experience working in telecom or OSS environments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, and maintain **integrations/adapters** between OSS systems and network elements.
+ Build robust, scalable, and secure applications using **Java and full-stack technologies** .
+ Collaborate with OSS architects, network engineers, and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
+ Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integration frameworks.
+ Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
+ Document technical designs, workflows, and integration points.
**Qualifications**
+ **5+ years** of hands-on experience in **Java development** (Core Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot).
+ Strong background in **integration development** (APIs, web services, REST/SOAP, JMS, middleware, or ESB).
+ Experience creating **adapters/interfaces with OSS and network elements** .
+ Full-stack development experience (front-end + back-end, Angular/React, databases).
+ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in the **OSS domain** (network inventory, service provisioning, device management).
+ Familiarity with **telecom protocols (SNMP, NETCONF, TR-069, etc.)** .
+ Exposure to cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes, microservices).
+ Based in **California** or open to relocation (preferred).
