Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience in coding and development space.Hands on Coding using Java/Springboot/Python/Rego/ReactJsExperience in building AI agents using MCPExperience in developing and designing Micro services using spring boot/PythonExperience in developing Micro Front Ends using React JS and Module federation 2.0Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficiency in automation and continuous delivery methodsProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFamiliarity with modern front-end technologies and frameworks beyond React (Angular, Vue.js)Experience with additional messaging systems (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Azure Service Bus).
