CTG is seeking to fill a Java Full Stack Developer (React / Angular) position for our client. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (8 or above) and modern front-end frameworks (React and/or Angular). Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging Java 8 features, including lambda expressions, streams, and functional interfaces. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with back-end services. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills: Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher). Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks: React and/or Angular. Proven ability to design solutions using Java 8 features such as lambda expressions, streams, and functional programming concepts. Experience building and consuming RESTful web services. Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and best practices. Familiarity with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience. Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer working with Java and modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience working in Agile development environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
