Lead Java Full Stack Developer – responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Java and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks and cloud-native technologies. **Roles and Responsibilities** + Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using Spring Boot. + Architect and implement full-stack solutions with **Java, React/Angular** , and RESTful APIs. + Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on **AWS** and **OpenShift** . + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. + Oversee CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using **Kubernetes** and **Docker** (good to have). + Coordinate batch processing workflows using **Spring Batch** and **Autosys** (good to have). + Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices. + Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across services. **Job Requirements:** + Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities. + Strong expertise in **Spring Boot** , **Microservices Architecture** , and Java 11 and 17+. + Hands-on experience with AWS, OpenShift, and cloud-native development. + Familiarity with **Spring Batch** , **Autosys** , **Kubernetes** , and **Docker** is a plus. + Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
