Join our innovative team as a NoSQL Engineer and Java Back-End Developer. We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in Java back-end development and NoSQL database management.

This role is 100% onsite in Omaha and if relocating must be onsite day 1. 

Role Overview: The NoSQL Engineer and Java Back-End Developer will be tasked with developing, implementing, and optimizing our back-end services and NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in Java development and NoSQL platforms to deliver high-performance solutions.

Messaging Services (e.g., Kafka)

Experience Level:

Senior Level

10+ years of experience in Java back-end and NoSQL technologies

Desired Profile:

Very strong in core Java fundamentals

Strong experience with NoSQL data platforms like Solr, OpenSearch, Cassandra, Coherence, Redis

Good Linux skills desired; advanced Linux skills a plus

Good experience with Kubernetes hosting platforms

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of Agile development methodology is a plus

Capable of conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers to deliver high-quality deliverables

Proven track record of delivering projects with first-time right/zero defects in production

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $131,786 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
