Janitorial Worker

Location: Saratoga, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Janitorial Worker/Custodian to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming. In this role, you’ll maintain the overall appearance of shared indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring residents and visitors enjoy a well‑kept environment every day. If you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces, we want to meet you.

What You’ll DoMaintain cleanliness in common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and restrooms.Perform routine floor care such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.Empty and reline trash receptacles in designated areas.Clean windows and glass doors to ensure streak‑free, inviting entrances.Support exterior upkeep by maintaining sidewalks, entryways, and parking areas.What You BringEssential SkillsPrior experience in janitorial, cleaning, or sanitation work.Strong knowledge of basic and advanced floor‑care techniques.Ability to work efficiently and manage daily cleaning routines.Familiarity with trash removal and sanitation best practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience in environmental services or industrial cleaning.Experience with sanitizing procedures in high‑traffic environments.Why You’ll Love Working With Us

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
