Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various buildings on our beautiful 550-acre suburban campus. Your work will support the environment where students, staff, and faculty thrive, and you will represent us with professionalism and competency.

ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.Maintain an assigned tour of custodial tasks according to established standards.Adapt to various building schedules to serve clients, students, staff, and faculty efficiently.Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to handle cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Flexibility to work overtime upon supervisor's request.Additional Skills & QualificationsTwo years of experience preferred, but not necessary.Sensitivity to issues of ethnicity, disability, and diversity.Commitment to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work on a vibrant campus with multiple student and staff-occupied buildings. We have two shifts available; 1st shift, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or 3rd shift 11p.m. - 7:30a.m., Monday through Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. The dress code includes a red/maroon top (polo or shirt), dark pants, and sneakers, and you will receive a uniform after 1-2 weeks. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Center Valley, Pennsylvania

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
