ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.Maintain the cleanliness of assigned buildings according to established standards.Adapt to changing building schedules and work efficiently in a team-driven environment.Uphold professionalism and competency in all interactions with students, staff, and faculty.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED.Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to work overtime when requested by a supervisor.Additional Skills & QualificationsTwo years' experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.Must be sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability, and diversity.Commitment to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a campus university setting with multiple student and staff-occupied buildings. The 3rd shift hours are from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. Dress code includes a red or maroon top (polo or shirt), dark pants, and sneakers. A uniform will be provided after 1-2 weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
