**Location:** Charleston, WV **Pay Rate:** $17 HR **Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-4:00 PM **Position Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Charleston, WV area. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for passengers, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow safety protocols, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Clean and sanitize restrooms, waiting areas, terminals, offices, and other airport facilities + Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces + Empty trash and recycling bins regularly + Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper + Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies promptly + Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently + Follow airport security and safety procedures at all times + Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors **Qualifications:** + Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong attention to detail and time management skills + Must be able to pass airport background checks and security clearance + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods + Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Who is Manpower?** Locally owned, but globally connected, Manpower is a full-service staffing and recruiting company.
