Janitorial/Forklift 1st shift EAST STROUDSBURG, PA (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1921+PARADISE+TRAIL+EAST+STROUDSBURG+PA+USA+18301) Description The employee is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of the facility and floors using appropriate equipment and established procedures. This role requires compliance with all departmental safety standards, participation in quality improvement initiatives, and effective communication within the department. Job Functions + Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the manufacturing facility + Obtain and maintain Forklift Certification; safely operate forklifts, power jacks, and floor scrubbers + Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools as required + Climb ladders and work safely in elevated environments + Understand and follow instructions from the Maintenance Manager and/or Lead, particularly related to training and job tasks + Demonstrate the ability to comprehend, summarize, and apply work-related information; required skills and knowledge must be met at the time of hire Shift Schedule + 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. + 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Requirements + Valid Driver’s License is required + Forklift experience is required + Ability to read and write English
