Job Description This position is responsible for keeping the facility in a clean and sanitary condition by following established policies and procedures. The role involves performing various janitorial and environmental services necessary for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities + Maintain cleanliness of the facility according to established standards. + Perform general maintenance and custodial duties. + Ensure floors are clean and well-maintained. + Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with facility occupants. + Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly. Essential Skills + Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis. + Previous cleaning experience. + Reliable transportation. + Customer service experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Comfortable working in a customer-facing role. + Engaging personality and ability to work well around others. + Open to candidates with minimal experience in janitorial roles.
