**Job Title: Janitorial Worker** Job Description This is a genuine janitorial position where candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. Tasks include cleaning common areas, disposing of trash, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, and mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors. Additionally, the use of a floor scrubber is required. Responsibilities + Clean common areas and restock bathrooms. + Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness. + Mop, sweep, vacuum, and use a floor scrubber. + Stand, move, bend, and lift as needed for cleaning tasks. Essential Skills + At least 6 months of cleaning or janitorial experience. + Ability to stand, move, bend, and lift as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Specific janitorial experience in manufacturing is advantageous but not required. + Experience in other environments can be equally valuable. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is based in a Contract Manufacturing Medical Device Company that has experienced significant growth, with a clean GMP environment requiring hair and beard nets when applicable. Note that the environment is not climate-controlled, so it can become hot during summer months, though fans are provided. Our workforce is diverse, speaking over 5-6 languages, and we support candidates who are self-sufficient with translation technology. Shifts include 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with flexibility to start earlier, and 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with options for extended hours and voluntary Saturday work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Charles, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
