Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Environment Service Technician to help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance our medical services facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, doors, and high-touch surfacesVacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors, and buff as neededDust furniture, appliances, and surfaces (high and low)Remove trash and replenish restroom suppliesMaintain janitorial equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicalsCommunicate effectively with staff, tenants, and visitors (majority of cleaning is done after business hours) Will need to be comfortable walking outside between building (multiple individual buildings onsite)Perform other cleaning duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 1 year of janitorial experience in commercial or residential settingsKnowledge of modern cleaning practices and equipmentStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to work independently and follow safety protocolsGood communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, standing, etc.)

Schedule & Shift:

5:00pm - 1:00am Monday-Friday (no weekends)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.37 - $17.08/hr.
