**Job Title: Janitorial Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a hospital environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff. **Responsibilities** + Load cart with all necessary cleaning materials. + Perform top-to-bottom cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, including changing bedding. + Responsibly clean bodily fluids such as blood, feces, and urine. + Take out trash and dispose of waste appropriately. + Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in various areas such as offices and stairs. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, and custodial tasks. + Must be comfortable cleaning bodily fluids such as blood, feces, and urine. + Ability to read and write in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience is necessary, although EVS/Janitorial experience is preferred. + Required to use chemicals such as bleach and antiviral agents. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and inclusive workplace that values each employee as an individual. Adhere to the dress code with Ceil Blue scrub tops and black scrub pants, and wear non-skid shoes. Hair should be tied back if shoulder length or longer, with fingernails trimmed to no longer than ¼ inch. Excessive jewelry is not permitted, and attire should be free of offensive content. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
