Position General Responsibilities: General cleaning of bank. Education, Experience and Certification Requirements: Note: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management. Dimension of Job: Responsible for vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, cleaning restrooms, emptying and hauling garbage to dump, cleaning and oiling paneling and woodwork. Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies INTERIOR CLEANING + Vacuum carpet nightly during business week + Dust desks, tables, teller line and chairs nightly during business week + Empty garbage nightly during business week + Clean restrooms weekly + Mop entries at least weekly, and as needed + Take garbage to dumpster when needed + Dust all other office furniture and back rooms weekly + Clean windows biannually and touch up as needed + Clean paneling bi-annually EXTERIOR CLEANING + Clean windows bi-annually and touch up as needed + Weekly Mowing of the lawn Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct, and a diligent work ethic.
