Our client, a dedicated educational institution, is seeking a motivated Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure cleanliness of school facilities. Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed to support ongoing sanitation efforts. Ensure all areas are safe and hazard-free by inspecting and addressing potential issues promptly. Assist with setting up and cleaning up after school events and activities to promote a positive environment. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to uphold health standards and regulations.

What's Needed?

Ability to work efficiently during scheduled hours with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Prior experience in custodial or cleaning roles is a plus but not required. High School Diploma/GED Required
