**Job Title: Janitor, 1st and 2nd Shift** **Job Description** Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in a clean and orderly condition. Remove trash from offices and other work areas. Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness in offices, restrooms, and public areas. + Remove trash from offices and work areas. + Strip and wax floors, burnish waxed floors, clean and maintain carpeted floors, and scrub ceramic tile floors. + Assist other service personnel with minor facility service tasks. + Use hand tools effectively. + Comply with all company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures. + Maintain personal tools required for the job. + Perform tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. + Complete administrative duties accurately and timely, including time accounting and work order completion. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in janitorial and cleaning tasks. + Experience in housekeeping and sanitation. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. + Must possess a high school education or GED equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to hold a job and provide a solid work history. + Good attendance record at previous positions. + Flexibility to work different jobs and schedules. + Capability to lift 50 lbs for up to 20% of the day. + Comfortable working at heights. **Why Work Here?** Join a flexible team environment that invests in your growth and success.
