We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness and organization within our facility. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all employees.

ResponsibilitiesVacuum office areas before 7 AM daily.Clean the main conference room regularly.Empty garbage bins from the office daily.Clean and restock bathrooms at the end of each work shift.Maintain cleanliness of the lobby front desk area and doors.Clean and restock the kitchen, ensuring trash is taken out at the end of the day.Fill copy machines with paper.Take out recycling from offices on Wednesdays and Fridays.Clean microwaves and vending machine glass.Clean out refrigerators.Empty shredders.Ensure each office is cleaned, wiped down, and dusted weekly.Perform monthly or occasional tasks such as cleaning windows and blinds, baseboards, cobwebs, janitor closet, and dusting various surfaces.Spot clean carpets and wipe down chair and table legs.Assist with setting up for lunch events and cleaning up afterward.Essential SkillsExperience in housekeeping and custodial duties.Proficiency in vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.Ability to perform trash removal and sanitation tasks.Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
