We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Janitor to maintain the cleanliness of both the office and plant areas of our facility. This role is crucial for ensuring a hygienic and organized environment.

ResponsibilitiesClean windows and mop the shop floor.Maintain cleanliness around CNC machines that dispense chips.Vacuum office floors and clean restrooms.Assist with projects such as rearranging corners of the warehouse.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of janitorial experience.Proficiency in mopping, sweeping, and general cleaning tasks.Willingness to complete various job duties as they arise.Strong ownership mentality for employer.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustrial janitorial experience is a plus.Desire to grow within the company and transition to an operator or other roles.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a prototype machine shop that is clean and fairly quiet. With 20 employees, it offers a close-knit and supportive culture. The work shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
