Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Day Time Janitor. The Facilities Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in all assigned areas of the facility. This role ensures buildings are well-kept and presentable for employees, visitors, and customers by performing routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks.
Your Shift:
1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pmWe have flexibility for available hours!Your Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floorsEmpty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properlyDust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipmentRefill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paperClean windows, mirrors, and glass surfacesReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to supervisorsFollow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling proceduresUse cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safelyPerform occasional deep-cleaning tasks as neededSupport special events or emergency cleanups when required

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $14.00 - 18.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
