Scope: Nicaragua

Overview:
General cleaning of offices and all areas of the building, prepare a requisition order to use monthly, help during company’s activities.

Key Accountabilities:
•\tClean all desktops, cabinets, CPUs, monitors and keyboards.
•\tPrepare coffee as often as necessary.
•\tClean the inside and outside of microwaves (two times a day), kitchen furniture and refrigerator as often as necessary.
•\tClean windows and doors of the entrance and exit of the building.
•\tClean bathrooms, take out the trash and wash the trash cans.
•\tTake care of reception area when necessary.
•\tCover any other activity indicated by your immediate boss.
•\tCommunicate with the necessary departments to correct or prevent actions.

Requirements:
•\t1 year of experience performing a customer service role, over the phone.
•\tHigh school Diploma.
•\tEase of speech and expression.
•\tHigh sense of values.
