**Job Title: Janitorial Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated janitorial workers to maintain cleanliness in restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, offices, and warehouse areas. This role involves picking up plastic waste, dusting, wiping down poles and railings, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying offices. Candidates will be required to bend, twist, stand, kneel, and walk throughout the shift. Comfort in a large facility and around warehouse employees and forklifts is essential. **Responsibilities** + Clean restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, offices, and warehouse areas. + Pick up plastic waste and dust various surfaces. + Wipe down poles and railings. + Mop floors and clean bathrooms. + Take out trash and tidy offices. + Work independently and maintain contact with supervisors via cell phone. **Essential Skills** + Experience in janitorial work, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. + Ability to perform tasks such as trash removal and floor care. + Knowledge of environmental services and sanitation standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work alone and manage time effectively. + Experience in restaurant food service and customer service is advantageous. + Must be comfortable in a busy work environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that is looking to rebuild and grow together. While workers will operate alone, they will have direct contact with supervisors throughout their shift. The role begins with stocking work and transitions to tidying the warehouse floor, high dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and offices. Safety is paramount: safety-toed shoes, safety vests, and safety glasses are required, and workers must adhere to dress code guidelines including no jewelry, watches, or rings. Clothing should have no tears, long pants are required, and hair must be maintained above the vest collar. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.15 - $17.15/hr.
