As a Senior Product Associate on the Planning Platform & Experience team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
 Job responsibilitiesDefine strategy, operating model, and roadmap to achieve vision and business goals for innovative advisor facing 529 college savings applications. Own and drive a product roadmap to meet business goals and requirementsUnderstand the 529 college savings industry products, solutions, and competitive landscape to inform which initiatives and features to prioritize Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyStructured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in financial services, with experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business managing strategic or transformational change

Highly self-motivated with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel during periods of ambiguity
