As a New Client Investment Specialist in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will spend your day providing an exceptional client experience by understanding and addressing client service needs for our newest J.P. Morgan Wealth Management clients. You will actively engage with prospective clients through a variety of marketing campaign initiatives, identify new investment and advice opportunities, and drive business development.  You will help drive business to our Advisors through quality referrals.

 Job Responsibilities:

Leverage a holistic goals-based approach to help clients and prospects uncover investment needs, while focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.Take a proactive approach to identifying solutionsPossess an entrepreneurial business spirit with a sense of urgency to get the client directed to the right channel

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Valid and active Series 7 licenseValid and active Series 63 licenseSolid understanding of financial markets with the ability to simplify complex financial conceptsSolution-oriented mindset focused on achieving best possible outcomes for clients' personalized goalsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strict attention to detailExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibilityClient-focused approach with strong relationship-building capabilities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceTwo years of financial services or brokerage relationship building experienceExperience with wealth management products and advisory services

Additional information:

Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm during training and/or licensing. Following training, transition to a hybrid environment, where team members work in the office three days a week and work remote two days.Department is open the following hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM – 9 PM EST, Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM EST. The working hours for this role will be assigned and may fall into any of the department operating hours. Candidate may be required to work non-standard schedule (example: four 10 hour days vs. five 8 hour days).
