J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Associate, Business Management

Strategy and Support for Chase Wealth Management reports to the National Head of Business Development. This person will serve as a Business Manager and will be responsible for various aspects of the business and its initiatives. 

The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to adapt quickly and flexibility with constantly changing environments. The individual will manage in a rapid pace of change, be detail oriented and possess a strong ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the firm. 

 

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare materials for regular business update reviews, including gathering sales performance data, synthesizing key insights, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.Organize and facilitate team meetings by setting agendas, tracking action items, preparing presentations, and following up on deliverables to ensure alignment across the sales/business development team.Maintain and update the “always-on” business narrative by regularly refreshing talking points, success stories, and performance highlights for use in executive communications, client meetings, and internal updates.Serve as a liaison between the Head of National Sales/Business Development and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication of priorities, initiatives, and progress.Monitor ongoing sales/business development initiatives, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and achievements.Coordinate Field Leadership Conference, DD-W Offsite (4x/year), RD-W Offsite (2x/year), Recruiting Offsite (2x/year), Community PCA Offsite (1x/year) and Partner Summit (1x/year)

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2 or more years of experience in financial servicesExperience managing projects in a client-focused environmentExpert in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation building skillsAn outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both verbally and written); ability to apply quantitative and strategic approaches and work well in cross-functional teamsExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills (both written and verbal); ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resourcesStrong judgement and ability to appropriately handle sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Deliver thoughtfully and expeditiously, while always remaining calmStrong ability to prioritize work; strong organizational skills and detail-orientation, comfort juggling a dynamic and ever-changing workDemonstrated track record of a high level of initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating ability to work in unstructured, dynamic environmentSelf-motivated & a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and skills; seek to continuously improve standards of work, address opportunities for developmentExcellent academic credentials; Bachelor’s degree

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

Previous wealth management experience preferred
